Manual therapy
Manual therapy is the skilled application of passive movement to a joint either within ('mobilisation') or beyond its active range of movement ('manipulation'). This includes oscillatory techniques, high velocity low amplitude thrust techniques, sustained stretching and muscle energy techniques

Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy is a physical therapy technique that is used to provide relief from the pain caused by various health conditions such as low back pain, post-surgical pain, tendinitis, bursitis, muscle weakness, spasm, and inflammation. Your physiotherapist provides electrical stimulation or E-stim to relieve the pain.

Spinal decompression/traction therapy
Spinal decompression is a type of traction therapy applied to the spine in an attempt to bring about several theoretical benefits including: Create a negative intradiscal pressure to promote retraction or repositioning of the herniated or bulging disc material.
Traction Therapy is highly effective in people suffering from chronic neck and spinal cord pain. The problem is that the alignment of the vertebral column exerts undue pressure on the muscles. As a result, the muscles are constantly under stress. But the traction will help to relax the muscles and release the tension
